Arini,27th Mar...aku ade lab test..
malam td da study...
slide yg nk tnjuk kat dr.raihan pon da setel..

td bgn subuh kul 630..mcm biase la...n tido balik.. *mcm biase jgak..*
set alarm kul 830...bgn tu,siap2 utk nk g test la...bncuh oat ngan susu for breakfast..
pastu smentara tgu mknan itu sjuk ckit,aku tgk2 la note
s yang mane patot..
da setel mkn2..aku menuju ke engin..naik lif e1..lvl4..kwn2 da ramai ade mase tuh..
pastu demo ktorng da pgil msuk hall..
mse duduk tu,rse gak la cuak cz rse cam xbyk pon input yg sku dpt from pembelajaran mlm td..hehe..
but then ble mdm ckp soalan sume MCQ,aku rse lega..
*lega sbb aku ade option utk menjadi penembak terhebat abad ini..hehehe :P *

yang first part tu..mcm best gak la jwb sbb result sume aku sempat analyzed mlm td..soaln2 die cmni lebey kurang...

  1. die tnye psl steel ape yg not hardenable dlm exp quenching aritu.... *aku bg jwpan tu cz seingat aku smples yg ade cume high,medium n low carbon steel je..so,btol la kot jwpn tu kan?hehe*
  2. die tnye pasal quenching media ape yg leads tu cracks..*nsib baik pg td smbil2 mkn oat tu aku ade terbaca psl tu..hehe..option jwpn die ade 3:brine solution,distilled water,n engine oil...aku yakin jwapn die yg no2 tu..harap2 btol la..:)*
  3. die suh tnda statement mane yg btol..die bg 3 options.. no1-hardness of steel yg kte quenched tu hanye la depends on its tempering temperature... no2-hardness ntu depends on tempering temperature and also tiem kite hold sample tu mse temper.. no3-carbon content yang menetukan hardness of steel yang kte da heat treat kn tu.... *mule2 amek no1..tp ble pkir2 balik..nape exp tu buat temper 2 jenis..1 vary temperature die,lg 1 vary time die..msti ade kaitan..so,kesimpulannye soalan ni aku jwb ikot logik cz aku tatau ape jwpn die sbnrnye..tp ble tnye kwn..die ckp btol..hehe...alhamdulillah..*
  4. die tnye psal yang temper tu..pas temper nk sejukkan kt ne... *mse wat exp ni..aku amek part temper ni..so,smpat la disoal oleh pkcik lab tu..die tnye smple tu nk sjukkn dlm furnace or kat lua..then,1 of my frens ckp demo ktorg suh ltk lua..so,for sure la jwpn die still air kn?kn? :)*
  5. kali ni soalan kne jwb yes or no...die tnye btol tak normalizing ngan annealing tu die jd equilibrium microstructure n tempering ngan quenching tu die jd non-equilibrium... *haha..sumpah aku tatau ape jwpan die sbnrnye...so,ini tembakan pertama yang aku buat..tembakan yang mmg aku tak pikir ape2 dah b4 bertindak..heeee..:)*
  6. die tnye btol tak normalized steel lg hard dr annealled steel... *ha..yang ni aku tau sbb td br bace...normalized steel mmg lg hard..sbb tu utk better machinability,kne annealed dlu...huhu..ayat mcm pro je...* kt bwh ni graf die..btol kn ape yng aku jwb..?

  10. die tnye btol tak grain of ceramic yang da sintered tu akn jd lebey besar.. *aku rse btol la..die nye pores lg cket ble sintered..so,msti grain die lg besar.. (n_n)* kt bwh ni gmba microstructure of ceramic yg da sintered.. :)
  11. die tnye btol tak ceramic tu always brittle.. *sbb mmg ceramic brittle pon..tp xsure sgt la..heee..(T_T) *
  12. die tnye btol tak MgO tu traditional ceramic.. *aku agak je yang ni..aku wat btol..hehe..lgpon kalo buat false..nnt kene tulis jwpn yang btol..so,aku tatau ape..jwb je btol..hehe..*
  13. die tnye psl uniaxial load tu..btol x uniaxial loat tu utk buat pallet.. *da sbb aku blaja gne bnde tu utk buat pallet...tatau la plak kot2 bley wat bnda lain lg ngan uniaxial tu..heeee.. *

  17. kali ni die tnye psl syarat2 utk corrosion berlaku...ble bc sume syarat die..mcm tatau nk jwb yg mane..haha... *aku tgk yang 4th tu cam btol..then ble tgk A,B,C and D..yang D je yang ade 4th..so,aku bulat D la..haha...*
  18. die tnye mcmane metallic corrosion terjd kot..aku kurang ingat soalan die... *yang ni jgak di hentam oleh ku...aku buat transfer from metal to environment..then ble pikir balik..da name pon metallic corrosion kan? so,msti la die transfer to each other..logik x...? :P*
  19. die tnye psl mksud localize corrosion rsenye... *sbb aku sbnrnye mmg tatau pon..cume aku agak je la..localize corr ni lebey kurang pitting la kot..so, 1st option tu die ckp small area attacked by corrosion..yang 2nd..lebey kurang gtu gak..yang 3rd..lebey kurang gtu gak tp reasons die bcz of stress,chemical,etc...so..aku amek je la yg last option which is 'all the above answers..' hehe..:) *
  20. die suh kre corrosion rate in mpy ngan mdd..die bg la certain value...yang aku ingat density die bg = 7.13 g/cm3... *aku tatau ape jwpn die sbnrnye..yang ni pon aku tmbak..aku tkn2 calculator..aku amek 10.4,bhgi ngn 7.13..tetibe dpt 1.49~1.5 la tu..so..aku tmbak je la..heeee...:)*
ni la serba ckit psl test td...overall,ok la..td still ade yang mc xley nk pikir..heeee.. :)
